PRAYER POINTERS
Prayer is powerful. God hears you, and He wants to work in your life.
James 5:16 (NIV)
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person availeth much.”
Pray from your heart. Speak honestly to God. Expect an answer and trust that He will respond. Thank Him as if your prayer has already been answered.
John 14:14 (NIV)
“You may ask me for anything in my name, and it will be done.”
Pray for your loved ones. Ask God to:
Guide their steps
Surround them with angels for protection
Help them succeed in everything they do
Open the right doors and give them wisdom
Lead them to know Him personally
Help them fulfill their purpose
Bless them with health and wholeness
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Open your heart and ask Jesus to come in. Believe it will happen. You will feel the Holy Spirit alive in you.
James 1:6 (NIV)
“But when anyone asks, they must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.”
Sin is part of life, but we can choose to resist it. Some examples: anger, bitterness, gossip, lies, selfishness, boasting, procrastination, and negative thoughts.
Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Each morning, take a moment to thank God for your life. Ask Him for guidance, favor, protection, opportunities, and blessings. Ask for health, healing, and prosperity.
Lord, thank You for my life and my family. Give me strength, focus, and determination. Help me walk in Your ways, love others, forgive myself and others, and see myself as You see me. Guide me every day. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
English:
“Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I repent of my sins. Come into my heart, wash me clean, I’ll make You my Lord and Savior. Amen.”
